Two people. Two disciplines. One approach.

Inspiris was founded on a simple belief: that the best results come from people who go deep, connect what others keep separate, and stay until it works. That belief hasn't changed. The company has grown around it.

Our story

There comes a point in a corporate career when you realise you could have a bigger impact outside it — working directly with the people and organisations that need it most, not as another layer of management, but as someone who sees what others miss and connects what falls through the cracks between strategy and execution, between departments, between what is decided and what actually happens.

Jernej spent 20+ years in media and telecommunications — close enough to see exactly where deals stall, where products fail to launch and where the right conversation never happens.

Nataša spent two decades in HR and leadership development — close enough to see where managers struggle alone instead of winning together, and where structures that should support people end up holding them back.

With Inspiris we set out to bridge exactly that — to give organisations the conversation, the connection and the honest outside perspective they rarely get from inside. Two divisions, People and Media, built on one principle: senior expertise, real implementation and a commitment to seeing it through.

What we stand for

Autonomy — we respect the right to think differently, create independently and pursue your own path.

Responsibility — we own our actions, our words and our results. For ourselves, for our clients and for the broader impact of what we do.

Connection — we bring together people, ideas and disciplines that others keep separate. That's where the best thinking happens.

Growth — we are curious, always learning and genuinely excited by new frontiers. We don't repeat what we've done — we build on it.

Humor — we take our work seriously. We don't always take ourselves seriously. It makes for better work and better relationships.

Jernej Tovornik, MBA — Founder of Inspiris Media, 20+ years in CEE media and telecom industry

Jernej Tovornik, MBA

Founder, Inspiris Media

Jernej is a strategist who understands the whole board. He sees where a business needs to go, works out what will actually make it profitable, and designs the path to get there — then stays involved long enough to make sure it happens. He has an instinct for connecting the dots between technology, content, product, pricing and commercial structure that comes from 20+ years of doing exactly that in one of the most complex corners of the media industry.

He is widely respected across the CEE media landscape — warm, calm and unhurried, which makes him effective in complex, high-stakes situations. He knows when to ease a tense room with a well-timed remark — and when to stay quiet and let the other side talk.

His track record includes spearheading the launch of Netflix on the A1 platform, leading music streaming launches, designing bundled telco product strategies, and growing an IPTV subscriber base from 1,300 to almost 100,000.

Nataša Tovornik — Founder of Inspiris People, 20+ years in strategic HR, coaching and organisational development

Nataša Tovornik

Founder, Inspiris People

Nataša has an exceptional understanding of business — she sees across the full picture: strategy, finance, technology, operations, HR and culture, and understands how they interact and affect the bottom line. In a room full of HR people, she's the one who already has the operational plan, has spotted the financial implication, and is thinking about how the tech team will react — all before the meeting is over. That's not a skill she learned from a course. It's just how her mind works.

She brings a rare combination: visionary thinking with the energy and speed to actually execute. She adapts fast — to industries, to company stages, to the person sitting across from her. She knows how to listen deeply, and she knows how to lead the conversations no one else wants to have.

After 20 years in senior HR roles — from scaling teams across five countries in tech to building HR from scratch in biotech — she now works as a fractional HR leader and strategic partner for companies that want experienced, honest thinking without a full-time headcount.
