How it works
A typical coaching engagement runs 6–8 sessions, each 45–60 minutes, in person or online. Sessions are structured around the client's goals — with progress reviewed at regular intervals.
01 — Define the goal: we start by agreeing what success looks like — specific, meaningful and owned by the client.
02 — Work through it: regular sessions with structured reflection, challenge and practical actions between meetings.
03 — Track progress: check-ins at key points to review what's changed and adjust direction if needed.
04 — Close with clarity: the engagement ends when the goal is reached — or continues if new priorities emerge.
